The problem with rompers, onesies, leotards, and things of the like is that it's all fun and games until you end up topless in a bathroom stall somewhere. The constant up and down of the entire garment can be tiring. I thrifted this one for 6 dollars (pretty high, I know) but it fit me, and these days, if it fits, I wear it. It's 100% rayon and very comfortable.
the belt that came with it wouldn't fit around my "waist." So I used this purple one.
Going to go ride my zip line now. bye bye.
You look fabulous! I am in LOVE with that pattern! :D
ReplyDeleteCheck out those shoes! Yo quiero.
ReplyDeleteso jealous, zip line?! and omg $6 is really high for me, too. lol. i was in Berkeley a few days this week and the thrift shops there are wiggity wack! i used to live there but i dont remember it sucking that much. then i was in sac today looking for records with mr blue eyes and i wanted to thrift but i got hella full off pasta from the cheesecake factory. what are your favorite thrift shops in sac? i think we're pretty spoiled here with our thrift stores and prices. some of the shit i see in SF are fugly and hella expensive. i just laugh and pass it 'cus i know i can get something like it for half the price muhahaha <3 anyway you look good, sophia! hope everything is treating you well dalring face! sorry for my rant. but youre like my homie now so whateves.
ReplyDeletelove, james

Great outfit! Where are the shoes from? Can't wait to see the action photos from your zip line journey!
ReplyDeleteThis looks lovely! And massive LOL to the playsuit thing. I never thought about it until I got one at a car boot sale a few years ago, wore it out one night - and when I needed the loo was horrified that I was practically naked while having a pee! (It was cold in the bathroom!) Needless to say, the playsuit was washed and returned to the thrift pile.... ;)
ReplyDeleteWowzers you look great in that romper :) I loooove your shoes too !
ReplyDeleteAh you look gorgeous, totally brightening up that dull background ;-)
ReplyDeleteAnd now I'm remembering the early 90s when I wore a 'body' out every weekend drinking as a teen, drunkenly trying to do up the poppers in a toilet stall without falling over and cracking your head on the loo...
Brilliant playsuit you got there! I'm jealous that you get to thrift such awesome items at great prices, they hoik them up here a bit now :( it looks fab with the belt, too - winning combination! I'm alwaysin awe if anyone who can match bright colours with panache :)
ReplyDeleteThankyou for yr lovely comment by the way! It was much appreciated! Xx
Brilliant playsuit you gots there! I wish we could find such treasures in the UK for such a good price. It looks great with the belt too. Totally feel yr pain re.the bathroom situation though - whenever I wear mine I have a constant fear of the cubicle lock not working and someone catching me semi nude.
ReplyDeleteThankyou for yr lovely comment by the way :) twas much appreciated! Xx
Aww, you look gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteanother beautiful outfit sophia, hahaha i've had the same bathroom dramas! worst one is a bodysuit with jeans, i was literally naked -.- ahh hope the zip wire was amazing!xxx
ReplyDeleteWow, my mom had a print like this back in the 90s. This look great on you! (: Thanks for stopping by. I'm following your lovely blog!

just love the romper.those colors are so pretty. You look so cute, and I love your shoes.xx
ReplyDeleteI just rediscovered how inconvenient rompers are...but they're still so damn easy, it's too tempting.
ReplyDeleteAlso, you don't look halfway pregnant. Don't you dare put "waist" in quotes.
