Are you a thrifter? Yes, I thought so,
LaSophia
hahah! this is so true!! I so would love to thrift during vacation just because it would be interesting to check out the different shops and what they have to offer since I'm so used to the thrift shops in home and around my university. And I totally agree about retail...ick. Just yesterday I was at GUESS because my aunt wanted me to spend the rest of her gift certificate and all I could say was "ick". All I got was two pairs of jeans. Nothing special...but good quality, right? :)

on my way to become a thrifter :D
I love it. & I have to say that I'm a thrifter. & becoming more of one as time goes on. [:
ReplyDeleteNice outfit I love the skirt. I think number 7 is most important. Some people recoil in horror at the thought of buying certain second hand things whereas my philosophy is if it's washed on a high temperature, who cares?
ReplyDeleteI love this! This is perfect for me today because I wore a thrifted shirt and and necklace today at work lol. Great post for thrifters!

I adore this post! I am a total thrifter. I enjoy the thrill of finding that unique item that no one else has. Fitting in was all the rage in school but now I don't want to fit in. I want to create my own path and thrifting allows me to do just that.

Some of these are too gender specific, some of them apply, some of them do not. I don't actually use thrift in my vocabulary, although I do visit thrift stores fairly regularly.
ReplyDeleteAlso polyester is terrible. Just say no to unnatural fabrics. That's one of the wonderful things about thrift and vintage stores. You can find stuff made really well of natural fibers.
I've been thrifting for a few months now, and I can't get enough! This was a cute post!
ReplyDeleteHey girl...ummm when you come please let me know! maybe we can meet you guys at a thrift store! I suggest Savers ....let me know! Love this look...and those jeans!
ReplyDeleteShana
haha, I'd love to be a thrifter! if only I could have one good thrift store in my town. happily my grandma (yes, she lives in United States permanently) collects THRIFTED things for me, and sends them to me for my birthday. Yay, can't wait for October! ;D ♥
ReplyDeleteSOOO true. I love it.
